Illinois Agility Run
I demonstrated the illinois agility test, I simply just had to complete the little course in the quickest possible time. The components of fitness that this involves is agility, speed and power. Agility was used in this because there was a lot of twist and turn I had to get around. Speed was used in this because I had to complete the course in the quickest time and power was used in this because I had to use bursts of power. The muscles which this works is all of the legs muscles such as your hamstrings, quadriceps, gluteous maximus and gastrocnemius. This test showed that I have good agility and speed because I done it quite quickly. The advantages of this test is that you can run round a course at speed, the quicker you are the better and it works the legs muscles. The disadvantages of the agility run is that it is to easy and to general it is not specific enough.
Sit And Reach
Jack demonstrated the sit and reach flexibility test, the test shows if the person has flexible hamstrings. If the person has flexible hamstrings there hands will go past there feet. This test showed that Jack did have good flexibility because he could reach past his toes. The only muscle that this works is the hamstrings. The advantages of the flexibility test is that it shows how flexible the hamstrings are. The disadvantages of this test is that it doesnt show a range of flexibility.

Coordination is the ability to move two or more parts of the body at once, this test has shown that Frankie has good coordination. An advantage of the football wall target is that it is football so the footballers would be better than the non footballers this is a disadventage as well.

50m Sprint
I demonstrated the 50m sprint, I just had to see how quick I could run 50 meters, I was getting timed to see how quick I could do it. The components of fitness that this uses is speed, power and agility. It uses speed because I had to see how quick I could do it. This uses power because I used quick sharp burts of power. It also uses agility because I had to keep turning backwards and forwanrds every five meters. The muscles that this uses is all of your legs muscles such as gastrocnemius, hamstrings, soleus and quadriceps. The advantages of the 50m sprint is that the test shows how fast the person is over 50m. The disadvantages of the 50m sprint is that if you are not very quick it will take you a lot longer.
Standing Long Jump
Frankie did the standing long jump test, he just had to stand on the spot and jump as far as he could. The components of fitness which this test uses are power and balance. It uses power because he had to use small bursts of power and he had to use balance because once he landed he had to stay still and retain his balance. The muscles which this uses are your leg muscles such as you hamstrings, gastrocnemius quadriceps and gluteals. The advantages of the standing long jump is that you use your legs so you will start to use the power. The disadvantages of the long jump is that it only tests how powerful your legs are and not the rest of your body such as your arms.

Bench Press
Curtis did the weights, he just had to see how much he could lift. The components of fitness that this involves is strength and power because he had to use his strength to get the bar up and he had to use little bursts of power to help him lift the bar. The muscles that he used for this are the arm muscles which are biceps, triceps, forearm, deltoids and pectorals. This test showed that Curtis has good strength because he was able to lift the bar without a lot of effort. This is a good test because it shows you how strong you are by seeing how much you can lift. The advantages of the bench press is that it works the arm muscles such as biceps, triceps and your pectorals. The disadvantages of the bench press is that you only do one rep.
